Victorian Hot Rod and Street Machine Show
Friday August 9th
Bump-in Schedule

This is an attempt to minimise congestion and Entrant wait times
There are 305 Entrants that we must get located into the event space,
so adhering to these instructions is extremely important.
____________________
Bump-in passes are not required.
You can have as many helpers as you need to get your display set up quickly
HOWEVER
Everyone attending bump-in MUST be wearing Hi-VIS apparel and enclosed shoes
or they will be refused entry
____________________
We have site access from 7:00am to commence marking out the floor.
At the same time, a scissor lift will be employed to drop power and hang banners
Both these tasks will take time, so please be patient.
Don't turn up too early ... REFER TO YOUR BUMP-IN TIME SLOT ... avoid traffic bottlenecks
However, it is critical that you are on site 30 minutes before your allotted time slot!

Bump-in time slots
Individual Entrants
Regrettably, we were forced to reduce the stand sizes to fit everyone in
We've tried our best to ensure this does not impede vehicle display space
Apologies, but we simply had no other choice.
